Elephant Mini Sculpture

Of all footprints,
That of the elephant is supreme
Of all mindfulness meditations
That on death is supreme

- Buddha

Just wish to share a great passage from the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche:

'Most of us...live according to pre-ordained plan. We spend our youths being educated...find a job, meet someone, marry and have children. We try to make a success of our business, go away on holidays, plan from retirement... Our lives are monotonous, petty, repetitive, wasted in the pursuit of the trivial, because we seem to know of nothing better.' and in our fear of death we try to live our lives as though death is unknown...

May we keep the above in mind and to live consciously in this current precious lifetime.

Hammy needs to lighten up and reflect more often!
